President of The Samaritan Purse, the Reverend Franklin Graham, has spoken out about a situation that has arisen in Canada whereby the parents of a child are seeking to change their birth certificate to “gender unknown.” “This Canadian parent believes that assigning a child’s sex at birth is a human rights violation—and they wanted their baby to be registered as “gender unknown” so that they will be able to decide their own sex,” writes Franklin on Facebook.
“That’s nonsense,” Graham declares. “The parent said, “I want my kid to have all of the space to be the most whole and complete person that they can be.” The truth is, there is only way we can ever truly be complete as a person, and that is by trusting Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as our Lord and Savior.”
