Reverend Emiko Amotsuka, born on June 27, 1951, is a highly esteemed Nigerian minister with a remarkable career spanning over four decades, making significant contributions to the Faith movement in Nigeria.

He is the visionary founder of Koinonia Ministries, established in the late 1970s, where he has been instrumental in spreading messages of hope, redemption, and empowerment to countless believers.

Throughout his ministry, Reverend Amotsuka has consistently delivered high-quality, full gospel teachings, inspiring generations of Christians to deepen their faith and strengthen their relationship with God.

He is an Itsekiri by tribe, he pursued a degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Ibadan before dedicating his life to ministry, influenced by teachings from global evangelists like T.L. Osborne and Kenneth E. Hagin, emphasizing the importance of applying God’s word in life.

Reverend Amotsuka has been committed to teaching and mentoring believers, aiming to deepen their understanding of salvation and their relationship with God, renowned for his profound teachings on faith and authorship of books like ‘Knowing God’ and ‘How to Receive a Miracle from God.’

In his own words about starting ministry, he expressed the need to fully commit to his calling, leading him to establish a ministry and forgo secular employment.

Reverend Amotsuka was married to the Late Pastor Dr. Cecilia Olayide Amotsuka, and together they had five children, reflecting their love and commitment as parents. The family experienced a profound loss when Dr. Cecilia passed away on December 1, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and service.

He is said to be the the spiritual father of popular Pastor Poju Oyemade.
