Boast Not About Tomorrow
Proverbs 27:1
Do you think your strength, abilities and/or possessions can give you a tomorrow or the tomorrow you desire?
Do you take pride in your possessions to declare the certainty of tomorrow?
The scripture says “Do not boast yourself about tomorrow, for you know not what a day may bring forth”.
Do not rest on your possession for the certainty of tomorrow for a man’s possession does not guarantee a better tomorrow.
But let your trust be in God today and for the tomorrow you hope for. He is the only one who knows tomorrow and can give you a guarantee for a better tomorrow.
Food For Thought: Rest on God for your tomorrow, not on your strength.
