Aaron Tucker was on his way to a job interview in Connecticut on Wednesday in hopes of turning his life around after serving nearly two years in prison.
It had only been seven days since he got released from prison, but Aaron Tucker had already done the impossible — he landed a job interview. But when a car crashed right in front of the bus, Aaron knew the right thing to do was to jump off and help the injured driver—so he did. Tucker skipped his job interview in order to stay with the man until an ambulance arrived.
Evangelist Franklin Graham has praised Aaron Tucker for being willing to be a Good Samaritan. On his Facebook page he writes: “He even used the new shirt he had been given for his job interview to help stop the bleeding. Way to go Aaron! The world needs more people willing to be a Good Samaritan.”

A business owner reached out to Evans Friday to offer Tucker a tailored suit so he will have confidence at his future job.
Graham: “I’m glad he’s gotten lots of job offers and some help since then. Each one of us may get the opportunity to help someone or impact their life for the better today—are you willing? The Bible tells us, “Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin” (James 4:17).”
