Biography Of Naomi Striemer (Gospel Artist)

Naomi Striemer is a critically acclaimed, chart topping, singer-songwriter, renowned speaker and Best-Selling author.

Born in upstate New York but raised on a secluded farm in rural Nova Scotia Canada, Naomi was homeschooled and void of any media influences until the age of 10.

Signing her first major record deal at 18 yrs old with Epic/Sony Records Naomi traveled the world and worked with some of the most influential names in mainstream music; including guitar legend Carlos Santana, producer Narada Michael Walden (Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder) and American Idol’s favourite judge Randy Jackson. Naomi was hailed as ‘the next commanding diva of the decade’ and the ‘melodic debut of the year’ by Billboard Magazine who wrote: “Do you remember the first time you heard Whitney, Mariah or Celine…” in their review of her debut single ‘Cars’ featuring Santana.

Naomi changed her career path shortly after to pursue Christian music ministry after an unlikely encounter in Sean ‘Puff Daddy’ Combs NYC hip hop studio, when a chauffeur approached her with a dream he had been given about her life.

Naomi Striemer has been nominated for multiple Christian music awards, received CCM radio chart success and has written a best-selling book titled ‘Backstage Pass’ which documents her journey from the world of pop music to Christian music ministry.
